Shipping Policy

Rebuiltcars Corporation ships almost all items to US addresses within the 48 contiguous states, including freight shipping. We usually require signature confirmation for packages valued at $100 or more. Packages shipped to apartments almost always require signature confirmation.


FREIGHT SHIPPING (large in size parts or heavy parts like doors, engines, etc.): Shipping is to a business address with easy access for a semi-truck that has a dock or forklift for unloading pallets. If you don't have a business address, it can be shipped to a shipping hub (similar to a FedEx shipping center) where you can pick up your shipment. We do not ship freight to residential addresses.


YOU CAN PICK UP PARTS AT OUR LOCATION

Parts that have already been removed from the car will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. It may or may not take longer to ship out parts that are still on the car.


Shipping usually takes 1-5 business days, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery.


If an item arrives damaged, please take pictures of the box before unpacking. For damaged freight shipments, ensure that when you sign for the package, the freight company notes it as "damaged freight." Also, look for an instruction sheet attached to the pallet on how to proceed.

 

Below are the shipping rules for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, or other US territory addresses only:

  • We typically use USPS Ground Advantage service (2-30 day delivery) and will upgrade to Priority Shipping if the cost is minimal.
  • Any item that fits in a 12x12x6 inch box will be shipped at no extra cost (this applies to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO addresses). For slightly larger or heavier items, we will attempt to ship them at no additional cost to the buyer (though this may result in slower shipping). If the shipping cost is significantly higher, we may be unable to ship the item. For example, we do not ship headlights, spindles, wheels, etc. Please ask if you're not sure.
  • The estimated arrival time may be longer.


International Shipping:

We do ship internationally some smaller-sized parts through our eBay store only. International buyers must purchase the part on eBay for it to be shipped to their international address.
