We wanted to let you know how satisfied we are as "first time customers"! Our 2005 Acura RSX, purchased from you, last month, has been the "car of choice" to drive. (The Toyota Highlander has remained in the garage, seeing little use, except when one of us is out in the Acura, and the other one has to go somewhere!)
Our first fill up, at the gas station, was an incredible savings, and we were thrilled with the 34 MPG the Acura provided. Even the day-to-day driving has been kind to us, giving us about 30 MPG.
Our only problem seems to be "staying home"! We have already put 2000 miles on the car, taking some trips back up to see the Cubs play, and then over to Springfield to see the Abraham Lincoln sites.
We have to admit that we were very skeptical about buying a car listed online. We had visited many car dealerships, and had viewed thousands of options on the internet, and it was yours that really caught our attention. Upon seeing the quality that you had given, and experiencing the "drive" itself, we were instantly appreciative of your service, and had the upmost confidence in buying the Acura from you.

Just a note to say we are very pleased with the work done by Rebuiltcars. The estimate was completed in a few minutes, the price was reasonable; the work was scheduled conveniently, and completed on time at the price estimated. In addition touch-ups were done on stone bruises and the car was returned in top-notch condition. We will look nowhere else for our work.
I'm very happy with the car I bought. I do wish it had cruise control, but that's nothing you guys had anything to do with : ) The car has run great and I've been driving a lot since I got it. Its lighter than my old car so the wind really effects it more, but again that doesn't have anything to do with you. Overall I am very satisfied with the car as a purchase. In terms of service from your company I think you were great! Not too pushy but confident. The only thing that I would recommend is making sure your customers know you are a dealer. That way they can process their loans correctly and know that they don't have to pay for their license outside of you. Otherwise I think you guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

I have been meaning to write you this email since I arrived back home from my road trip around the country. My friend and I drove the Corolla you rebuilt from IL all the northwest into Canada, down the west coast, into Mexico, across the Texas and back up into IL! 10,000 glorious miles were added to the car and I am happy to report we didn't have a single problem with it! I had a positive car buying experience with you all. I appreciated your forthcomings about what was originally wrong with the vehicle and all the changes you made to it. Also, being able to take it to my mechanic for a look-over was reassuring too. The only hassle was not having the parking brake completely fixed before I bought it. I'm enjoying the car!
So far I didn't see any problems in the car. I do have one problem and will stop by some time. Hope it's not major issue. When you turn on the button for air flow from outside to inside, that button is not working. Hope it's a minor issue. Other than that NO problems. Thanks for your time in sending appreciation letter.
